Delivery
We deliver to you almost anywhere in the world.
In France and in certain border countries, we offer either the relay point (Mondial Relay, Relais colis) or the Colissimo of La Poste.
Outside of these countries (including Overseas), we only deliver by Colissimo de La Poste, with tracking to secure our shipments.
Shipping costs are calculated per basket, regardless of the number of items in the basket.
To calculate the delivery cost, which varies greatly depending on the Overseas (zone 1 or 2), Europe and International World (zone B or C) categories, the most practical way is to create a basket on the website and follow the procedure. order without going to the final stage of payment.
Depending on local customs rules, additional charges may apply. These costs are your responsibility.
Your orders placed during daytime hours (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.), Monday to Friday, are dispatched within 1 to 3 days maximum.
Depending on the country of dispatch, the reception time varies between 2 working days and 7 working days.
Note that the delivery times in relay points (Mondial Relay and Relais Colis) in France and neighboring countries have variable reception times ranging from 3 days to 6 working days or very exceptionally more.

Returns and Refunds
FROM METROPOLITAN FRANCE
Returns of items, issued from metropolitan France are offered on simple request, to the following email address: contact@mybombaystore.com
Upon receipt of your email, we will send you within 48 hours, from Monday to Friday, a prepaid return label, to be affixed to a parcel and left at a relay point (Mondial Relais or Relais Colis) near you.
Ideally, reuse the original package and participate in its recycling.
Only items in perfect condition and not subject to manipulation, opening / dispersion of spare parts or assembly / disassembly are eligible for a full refund.
For items that have been subject to manipulation, opening / dispersion of spare parts or assembly / disassembly, the refund can only be partial given the impossibility of a resale in the state.
No total or partial refund can be issued if the returned item does not meet these conditions. If necessary, it will be returned to you at your sole expense.
A package that arrives damaged at your home or at a relay point must be refused by you, indicating the reason on the delivery note. Thereafter, contact us to request a new shipment.
OUTSIDE METROPOLITAN FRANCE
Returns of items issued outside mainland France are your responsibility.
The same reimbursement conditions as for metropolitan France apply.
The return period for an item is 14 calendar days from delivery.
Upon receipt of your package, and after checking it, we will refund your item within 48 hours, via the method of payment used during your payment.
This refund is visible in your bank account within 48 or 72 hours.

Origin of products
The traditional dish racks and racks are made in the center of Mumbai within the kitchen utensil specialist district. It is a family factory that has ensured both the production and the marketing of its products for many decades. These storage units are sold almost exclusively to the people of Bombay. For the needs of quality and European standards, we have requested the use of a stainless steel (produced in India) of superior quality. We know this small factory well. The working conditions of its qualified employees fully comply with Indian legislation.
These products are manufactured in another Bombay factory created in 1996. They require a more complex manufacturing process linked to a design more suited to European uses and facilities aimed at offering a cutlery basket and storage for stemmed glasses in particular . This company specializes in manufacturing a wide range of kitchen storage products. Its products are renowned for their smooth, fine finish and anti-corrosive properties. This company is structured, professional and fully respects Indian labor legislation.
These storage units are made of folded stainless steel sheets and are extremely light. They support surprisingly heavy loads. The flexibility of the stainless steel sheets explains its wavy lines while their folded structure guarantees its solidity.
Manufactured using artisanal presses, this process brings a reflection, small irregularities and a unique appearance which distinguishes these shelves from an ordinary industrial and standardized product.
